Referrals

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • For each booked client referral, $100 product credit is given to the referee and $100 product credit is given to the referral.

  • Referrals/product credits are not applicable to limited edition “mini” sessions or flash sales. Offers cannot be combined.

  • If 5 booked wedding or elopement clients are referred, the referee can receive a 4x4 10-spread Fine Linen Album of their previous or next session.

For a referral to be counted, have your friend select “Referral” when filling out my contact form and have them mention your name!

Gift Certificates

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Joanna Bibangco Photography provides digital gift certificates only.

  • Gift certificates are only applicable to full portrait sessions and must be identified upon issue, i.e. engagement, day-after, bridal, couples, graduation, or portrait session. Gift certificates are not applicable to weddings or elopements.

  • The selected full portrait session will be given a cash value based on Joanna Bibangco Photography’s current price list.

  • The selected full portrait session can be traded for another full portrait session but it cannot be divided to different sessions (i.e. you can’t choose to use $50 towards a graduation session and $50 to an engagement session).

  • If the gift certificate cash value is less than Joanna Bibangco Photography’s price list at the time of claim, the difference must be paid by the recipient.

  • Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or for payment on credit accounts.

  • Offers cannot be combined.

  • Gift certificates do not have an expiry date.

  • Terms and conditions of gift certificates will be provided on the digital gift certificate.

For a gift certificate to be issued,

  1. send an email to hello@joannabphoto.com with subject line “Gift Certificate Request”.

  2. Provide a name and email for the referral. Gift certificates are personalized to the recipient.

  3. A receipt will be provided to the referee.

  4. A digital gift certificate will be emailed to the recipient and the referee will be CC’d.
